A leading industrial company in Akron is seeking an entry-level Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hands-on work and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of fitting. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble parts
- Perform quality checks to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.
