Concierge Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Muscat. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, assisting with their requests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for temporary work, does not require previous experience, and prefers to have free accommodation, visa, and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their check-in process
- Provide recommendations and assist with booking reservations for local restaurants, events, and activities
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, including room service orders, transportation arrangements, and special requests
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests as needed
- Maintain knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1100$ per month
