Industrial Architect - Os, Norway


As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety and building code standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for industrial facilities including manufacturing plants, warehouses, and distribution centers
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of buildings
- Oversee construction process to ensure quality and adherence to plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successful project completion
