A renowned restaurant in Al Ahmadi is seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads. You must have a passion for baking and possess excellent knowledge of ingredients, flavors, and techniques. The ideal candidate should also have experience in managing a pastry team and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various desserts, pastries, and breads according to recipes
- Develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients
- Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs
- Ensure all food preparation meets quality standards
- Monitor food costs and maintain budget
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Follow all safety procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and flavors
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Creativity in developing new recipes
- English language proficiency
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
