Job Title: Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Acre. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, taking their orders and answering any questions they may have
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Monitor guests' satisfaction with their meals and address any issues or concerns
- Handle bill payments and process transactions accurately
- Assist with setting up tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly and promptly
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations
- Handle any special requests or dietary restrictions from customers
- Provide recommendations on menu items, drinks, or specials based on guests' preferences

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints or difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
