We are hiring an Architectural Technologist to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are accurate and meet all necessary requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs are accurate and meet all necessary requirements
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create drawings
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for designs
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Make any necessary revisions or modifications to designs based on feedback from architects or clients
- Communicate with contractors and suppliers to obtain information needed for designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Nepali nationality preferred
