Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kaunas. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, identify patterns and trends, and develop solutions that improve business processes and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that address them
- Continuously monitor the performance of models and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate results and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay informed about advancements in machine learning techniques and tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or related role
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of data mining techniques and statistical analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cloud services such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
- Understanding of deep learning concepts such as CNNs or RNNs

We offer competitive salary packages starting at 1800$ per month for this position. We also provide accommodation for foreign employees who require it. This is a full-time position based in Kaunas. However, we are open to considering part-time arrangements for exceptional candidates.
