We are in need of a skilled Puncher to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for punching holes and shaping metal pieces according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Puncher
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Skilled in using various hand and power tools, such as drills, punches, and grinders
- Knowledge of different types of metal and their properties
- Physically fit and able to work with heavy machinery
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints and technical drawings to determine the required hole patterns on metal pieces
- Set up and operate machines such as drills, punches, and grinders to punch holes according to specifications
- Use measuring tools to ensure accuracy of hole placement and size
- Monitor machines for proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects that require multiple punched pieces
- Keep inventory of hole punch sizes and inform supervisor when supplies need replenishing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

We are looking for someone who has experience in punching holes in metal pieces but we are also open to hiring freshers who have completed relevant training programs.
