Network and Systems Administrator - Contract Position (Greenland)

We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Greenland on a contract basis. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our network and computer systems to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions as needed
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email, antivirus software, firewalls, routers, switches, etc.
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement new technologies or upgrades
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Proficient in virtualization technologies (VMware/VirtualBox)
- Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Greenland (open to all nationalities)
