As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management in our growing company based in Siauliai, Lithuania. Your primary role will be to plan, execute and monitor various projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within the given time frame and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Oversee project budget and allocate resources effectively
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure everyone is on track and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in project management software
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
