Industrial Alpinist

As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing specialized work at great heights using ropes and other climbing equipment. You will work in a variety of industries such as construction, maintenance, and rescue operations. The job requires physical strength and endurance, as well as technical skills and knowledge of safety protocols. You must also be comfortable working in extreme weather conditions and have the ability to problem solve and think critically while on the job.

Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial rope access work at various heights.
- Inspect and maintain all climbing equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Prepare work sites by setting up ropes, rigging anchors, and installing safety systems.
- Conduct risk assessments before beginning any task.
- Use specialized tools and techniques to perform tasks such as painting, welding, or repairs.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial alpinism or related field.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at great heights for extended periods of time.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to industrial alpinism.
- Technical skills such as rope access techniques, rappelling, rigging, etc.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically while on the job.
- Effective communication skills both verbally and written.

Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Shan (visa sponsorship available)
Nationality: No preference (English not required)
