Hotel Sales Manager - Indian Nationals



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales and revenue for our hotel, targeting the Indian market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills and knowledge of the Indian hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract Indian guests and increase revenue
- Identify new markets and potential clients in the Indian market
- Build relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients and other key stakeholders in the Indian market
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competition in the Indian hospitality industry
- Prepare proposals, contracts and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate rates, packages, and contracts with clients to ensure maximum profitability for the hotel
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, events and networking opportunities in India

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in India or working with Indian clients
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of Indian culture, travel trends and preferences is essential
- Willingness to travel frequently to India for business purposes

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
