Entry-Level Baker

A small, family-owned bakery in Roskilde is seeking an Entry-Level Baker to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about baking and eager to learn and grow in the profession.

As an Entry-Level Baker, you will work closely with our experienced bakers to assist with the preparation and baking of various breads, pastries, and other baked goods. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.

In addition to your salary, we also provide accommodation for our employees. This is a great opportunity for students or individuals who are new to the profession and looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional bakery environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with measuring and mixing ingredients for various baked goods
- Preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and icings
- Operating baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing machines
- Assisting with shaping and decorating baked goods
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and eagerness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy ingredients/baked goods
- Reliable transportation (if not living on-site)
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
