Contract Baker


A well-established bakery in Roskilde is seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Baker to join our team. This is an urgent job opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about baking and can meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.

As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to our recipes and quality standards. Your main duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, using various baking techniques, and monitoring the oven temperatures.

To excel in this role, you must have prior experience as a Baker and be able to work efficiently under pressure. You should also have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow recipes accurately. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with other team members to ensure timely delivery of baked goods.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Shape dough using different techniques
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure that all baked goods meet quality standards
- Clean work area after each shift
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of baked goods

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Basic math skills for measurement conversions
- Good physical stamina for standing for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Effective communication skills

We offer competitive pay at $1300 per month for this contract position. This job is located in Roskilde but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are legally allowed to work in Denmark on a contract basis.
