Machine Operator - Entry Level


We have an immediate need for a Machine Operator to join our team in Akron. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in our manufacturing facility. This is an entry level position and no prior experience is required. We are specifically looking for candidates from Pakistan who are fluent in English and have a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure they are running efficiently
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the machinery
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete production reports accurately and on time

Requirements:
- Must be from Pakistan with excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- No prior experience necessary, training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
