Nurse Supervisor

As a Nurse Supervisor in our medical facility located in Shan, Egypt, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall quality and efficiency of our nursing staff. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, including managing schedules, providing support and guidance to nurses, and ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations. Your main goal will be to maintain high standards of patient care by promoting teamwork and effective communication among the nursing team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our nursing department, including managing schedules and coordinating patient care
- Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to nurses to promote professional growth
- Monitor patient care to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct performance evaluations for nursing staff and provide ongoing feedback
- Assist with staffing needs by recruiting, training, and orienting new nurses
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to patient care, staffing, and budgeting
- Identify areas for improvement within the nursing department and implement necessary changes
- Develop relationships with patients to ensure their needs are being met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a registered nurse
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and make critical decisions under pressure
- Proficient in computer systems used for record keeping
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not required
