Nurse Supervisor


We are hiring a Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Shan. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our nursing team to provide guidance, support, and training to ensure that all patients receive the best possible care.

Your main duties will include coordinating patient care, monitoring and evaluating nursing performance, creating schedules for staff, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for hiring and training new nurses, as well as conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to improve overall performance.

To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate and problem-solve with both patients and staff. You must also have a deep understanding of medical procedures, protocols, and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a registered nurse
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
- Previous experience working in a hospital setting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Shan, but we welcome candidates from all nationalities.
