Concierge

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and visitors at our luxury hotel in Sharjah. Your main duties will include greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out, making reservations for restaurants and activities, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required. This position is suitable for men with their own visa and accommodation.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting them with check-in and check-out processes
- Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- Making reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests
- Providing recommendations for local attractions based on guest preferences
- Maintaining knowledge of hotel services and facilities to effectively assist guests
- Responding to guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Handling cash transactions accurately and following hotel procedures
- Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Keeping the concierge desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked with brochures and other information materials

Requirements:

- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
