Machine Operator
A manufacturing company in Herning is seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machines and equipment, preferably in a manufacturing setting. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines and equipment according to company standards and safety regulations
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality production
- Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to supervisors
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Ensure all production quotas are met within designated timeframes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in machine operation preferred
- Previous experience operating machines in a manufacturing setting is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical manuals and diagrams
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills for data entry purposes

This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is necessary. However, candidates must be willing to learn on the job. We offer on-the-job training for the right candidate.
