We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's network infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month, suitable for men with or without experience.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
- Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying potential issues
- Install and maintain server operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux
- Manage user accounts and permissions on servers and other systems
- Conduct regular backups of the company's data to ensure its safe storage
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software related issues
- Keep track of inventory for all IT equipment and ensure timely replacement when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and security concepts (firewalls, VPNs)
- Experience with server operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, etc.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
