Concierge Assistant


As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at a luxury hotel in the bustling city of Ajman. You will assist the Concierge team in fulfilling guest requests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. This position is suitable for foreigners with no English language requirement, making it ideal for students or those without previous experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently, while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Coordinate reservations for restaurants, tours, and other activities
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure the security of guests and their belongings

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Fluent in any language(s) other than English
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills
