Multilingual Concierge in Ajman
We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Concierge to join our team in Ajman. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests from diverse backgrounds, including Canadians, Filipinos, non-English speakers, and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and services
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and services to promote upselling opportunities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of expenses
- Assist with luggage handling and delivery as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a concierge or in customer service role
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages such as French or Tagalog is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

This position is based in Ajman.
