We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures while maintaining their historical integrity. You must have experience in architectural design and construction, as well as knowledge of historical preservation guidelines and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on the history and significance of buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to local and national preservation guidelines
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to execute preservation projects
- Inspect buildings for structural issues and develop solutions for repair or restoration
- Oversee construction projects to ensure compliance with preservation plans
- Document all work done on historical structures for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and construction
- Knowledge of historical preservation guidelines and techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
