Senior Architect - Clairvaux


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring quality and adherence to budget and timeline requirements. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. This is a contract position with the potential for extension or permanent placement. Accommodation can be provided if needed.

Salary: 1700$ per month

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems
- Fluent in English (French proficiency is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design process from concept development to construction completion
- Create detailed drawings, models, presentations, etc.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, clients, etc. to develop project plans that meet all requirements
- Manage project budget and timeline
- Review project progress regularly and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects on design techniques and best practices
- Participate in client meetings to discuss project progress
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends
