Smelter Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Smelter Operator to join our team in Zagreb. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring smelting equipment to melt and refine metal ores. This is an urgent position with free visa and ticket provided for Indian nationals. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a smelting facility, strong technical skills, and the ability to follow safety protocols. The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment to melt and refine metal ores
- Monitor temperature, pressure, flow rates, and other process variables
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain production levels
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and wear proper protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Smelter Operator in a smelting facility
- Strong technical skills with the ability to operate and troubleshoot complex machinery
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a industrial setting
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
