Construction Project Manager


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Kaunas. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring that all work meets quality standards. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential as you will be working closely with clients, contractors, and team members. This is an urgent position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Fluent in English (Canadian nationality preferred)
