We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and creating accurate maps and reports. Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using various tools and equipment
- Collect and analyze data such as measurements, boundaries, and topographical features
- Create detailed maps and reports using survey data
- Ensure accuracy of survey results by carefully following established standards
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Work closely with other team members to complete projects within given deadlines
- Keep precise records of survey data and findings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software (AutoCAD, GPS)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.

Location:
This position is based in Las Vegas. However, candidates from other cities or countries are also welcome to apply.

Preference:
While this position is open to all qualified candidates, preference will be given to Indian nationals who hold a biometric passport.
