Heavy Equipment Operator

We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Shan! As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery, such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes. Your main duties will include loading and unloading materials, excavating and leveling land, and following safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus)
- Able to work without accommodation
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Work independently or with a crew depending on the project requirements

Salary:
$900 per month, negotiable based on experience
