Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue and increasing sales through proactive and strategic sales efforts. You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement sales plans to achieve business goals. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and local market trends in Roskilde, Denmark
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Must be able to work without accommodation
- Visa sponsorship and flight ticket provided for international candidates
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Train and motivate the hotel's sales team to achieve their targets.
- Monitor competitors' rates and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking events.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure cohesive strategies.
