Hotel Sales Manager
We are currently hiring a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Roskilde. This position is suitable for men and does not require any prior experience in the hospitality industry. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our hotel and attracting new business through various sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and generate revenue
- Identify potential corporate clients and build relationships to secure long-term partnerships
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the hotel
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors, pricing, and demand trends
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure cohesive sales efforts
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships with existing clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
