Our five-star hotel in El-Ain is seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious pastries, breads, and desserts for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing and executing creative and visually appealing pastry dishes
- Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts according to recipes
- Ensuring high quality standards and consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes
- Overseeing inventory management of pastry ingredients and supplies
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station
- Training junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and recipes
- Collaborating with other chefs to create new menu items
- Adhering to all food safety regulations

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited institution preferred
- Extensive knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and tools
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
