We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning and overseeing construction projects. Your main focus will be on ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule while adhering to all safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent project management skills and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in civil engineering
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods and processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Own visa or ability to obtain necessary work permit

Responsibilities:
- Designing, planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish
- Conducting site visits to assess project feasibility and gather information for design purposes
- Preparing cost estimates, budgets and schedules for projects
- Collaborating with architects, contractors and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
