A luxury hotel in Nakuru is seeking a part-time concierge to join our team. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and assisting with their needs during their stay. This position is perfect for someone looking for a flexible schedule and has a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the area to make recommendations to guests
- Assist with luggage storage and delivery to guest rooms
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have own visa or be able to obtain one independently
- Indian nationality preferred but open to all nationalities

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.
