Experienced Barista - Urgent Full Time Position in Alta


Our busy cafe in Alta is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks to customers, adhering to our high-quality standards
- Take customer orders and handle transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper food handling procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment is required
- Knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and their preparation methods
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns effectively
- Must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
Our cafe is located in the beautiful city of Alta, known for its stunning views of the Northern Lights. The ideal candidate should be willing to relocate or already live in this city.
