Construction Project Manager



We are searching for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Sharjah. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the construction team, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures, as well as excellent project management skills. You must also have experience working on construction projects in the UAE and be familiar with local regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and schedule
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Oversee quality control processes
- Review and approve project designs
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Prepare progress reports for clients and senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or related field)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in the UAE
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Biometric passport required for security clearance

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sharjah (UAE)

Preference: Pakistani nationality with valid UAE residency/work permit
