A luxury hotel in Medina is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of our food operations. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu, managing inventory and budgets, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menu items that are innovative, creative, and in line with current food trends.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality in food preparation and presentation.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while controlling costs.
- Monitor kitchen operations to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to create unique dining experiences for guests.
- Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
- Create schedules for kitchen staff that align with business demands while controlling labor costs.
- Stay current on industry trends related to food, new cooking techniques, and equipment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels.
- Experience managing budgets, inventory control, and labor costs.
- Passion for food creativity and innovation.

We offer competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus benefits package including visa sponsorship. This position is open to candidates from all nationalities who have a valid work permit in Medina.
