Job Title: Head Chef - Nepali Cuisine (Visa Sponsorship Available)



We are a prestigious hotel in Medina and we are seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our Nepali cuisine kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience in cooking authentic Nepali dishes and managing a team of chefs. This is a temporary position with potential for permanent employment, and we offer visa sponsorship for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus for our Nepali cuisine restaurant, ensuring authenticity and high quality
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on preparing and presenting traditional Nepali dishes
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for ingredients
- Uphold sanitation and food safety standards in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-end establishment
- Extensive knowledge of authentic Nepali cuisine, including traditional recipes and cooking techniques
- Ability to lead and manage a team of chefs, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed
- Strong communication skills to effectively train staff and collaborate with other departments
- Proven track record of maintaining food quality standards while managing costs effectively
- Culinary degree or certification preferred but not required
