Sales Manager - Clairvaux, India
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Clairvaux, India. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue and achieve sales targets. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of goals
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
