Restaurant Manager - St. Petersburg, Russia
As a Restaurant Manager in our fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. In this role, you will use your leadership skills to ensure that our team delivers high-quality service and maintains a positive atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise a team of servers, cooks, and other staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Create and maintain an inviting atmosphere for guests by ensuring cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue while maintaining food quality standards
- Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of managing budgets and improving sales
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
