IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Aarhus. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology infrastructure and operations. You will work closely with department heads to understand their technology needs and provide strategic guidance and support to ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of the company's technology infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Oversee the procurement and installation of new hardware and software systems
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential risks or issues with existing systems and develop solutions to address them
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of technical problems
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for upgrades or new systems that will benefit the company
- Train employees on new technologies or systems as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management, and cloud computing
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience managing a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals in a clear manner

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Aarhus.
