IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations of our company. Your main tasks will include maintaining and upgrading our systems, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to our employees. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and working with external vendors to implement new technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the company's technology strategy
- Oversee the implementation of new systems and technologies
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Work with external vendors to negotiate contracts and implement new technology solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improving our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, software, and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Proven track record of implementing successful technology solutions within budget constraints
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different departments and external vendors
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Management
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or PMP
- Experience working in a contract job or project-based environment

Location: This position is located in Aarhus. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Denmark without sponsorship.

Salary: The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
