Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Install plasterboard using proper techniques and tools
- Apply joint tape and compound to create smooth surfaces
- Sand, prime, and paint finished surfaces as needed
- Repair damaged or uneven surfaces using plaster or other materials
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Must be from Kenya or willing to relocate to Ufa, Russia
- No prior experience required, but basic knowledge of construction and hand tools is preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
