Plasterboard Worker


We are hiring a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Ufa. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboard walls and ceilings in residential and commercial buildings. Your main duties will include measuring and cutting plasterboard sheets, installing insulation, applying joint tape and compound, and sanding surfaces to a smooth finish. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with plasterboard, be physically fit, and possess strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard sheets to fit specific areas
- Install insulation between wall studs or ceiling joists
- Fasten plasterboard sheets to walls or ceilings using screws or adhesive
- Apply joint tape and compound over seams between sheets
- Smooth out surface using sandpaper or specialized tools
- Repair damaged areas or replace old plasterboards when needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on construction sites

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with construction tools such as saws, drills, measuring tapes, etc.
- Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in Nepali (English proficiency is not required)
