Plasterboard Worker

We are a construction company based in Ufa and we are currently seeking a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing plasterboard panels on walls and ceilings, as well as repairing and replacing damaged panels. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of construction materials and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard panels according to specifications
- Install plasterboard panels on walls and ceilings using appropriate tools and techniques
- Repair or replace damaged plasterboard panels
- Smooth out imperfections in plaster surface using sandpaper or other tools
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of plasterboards, adhesives, and fasteners
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
