Junior Commercial Architect


We are a growing architecture firm in Herzliya, seeking a Junior Commercial Architect to join our team. As a junior architect, you will assist in the design and development of commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail stores, and other commercial properties. This is a contract position suitable for foreigners with an excellent command of English and no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating design concepts and proposals for commercial projects
- Conduct site visits and evaluations to gather information for project development
- Create detailed drawings and plans using CAD software
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project meets client's needs and budget
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all necessary standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in CAD software (Autodesk or Sketchup preferred)
- Strong creativity and design skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1100$

Location: Herzliya, Israel (open to Egyptian candidates)
