Carpenter (Indian Nationality) - Part-time
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Eschen. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to bring your craftsmanship and knowledge of traditional Indian carpentry techniques to our projects. This part-time position offers competitive pay starting at 1500$ per month and the potential for full-time employment in the future.
In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will also be expected to use a variety of hand and power tools to shape, cut, and smooth materials according to precise measurements.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in carpentry or a related field, with a strong passion for woodworking. While a formal education in carpentry is not required, it is preferred that candidates have completed some form of training or apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Follow blueprints or other specifications to construct structures
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Cut various types of wood using saws and other tools
- Sand surfaces using power sanders or hand sanders
- Inspect wooden structures for defects or damage
- Repair or replace damaged frameworks or other structures
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with proficiency in English (German language skills are an asset)
- Previous experience in carpentry or related field preferred
- Knowledge of traditional Indian carpentry techniques is an asset
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Physical stamina and strength to lift and manipulate heavy materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn on the job and take direction from supervisors
- Valid work visa or eligibility for visa sponsorship
