Administrative Assistant - Umm-Said, Qatar
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the office, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills. Previous administrative experience is preferred. This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for managers
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when necessary
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
