Part-Time Barista - Os, Norway


We are in need of a skilled and friendly Part-Time Barista to join our team at a local cafe in Os, Norway. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages according to customer preferences, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Must be legally eligible to work in Norway

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders with a positive attitude
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to customer requests
- Maintain stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies
- Ensure cleanliness of the cafe including counters, tables, and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system
- Provide friendly and efficient service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
