As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our kitchen operations. You will use your culinary expertise to create unique and delicious dishes, while leading and training a team of kitchen staff. Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus that are innovative, diverse, and tailored to the needs of our customers
- Manage inventory and control costs to ensure efficient operations
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
- Oversee food preparation, cooking methods, portion sizes, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Extensive knowledge of different cuisines and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in menu planning, inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
