Excavator Operator in Porto, Portugal


We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our construction team in Porto, Portugal. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to excavate, move and grade earth or materials on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain excavators to perform various tasks such as digging trenches, loading and moving materials, and leveling terrain.
- Follow project plans and safety protocols to ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Communicate with project managers and team members regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators on construction sites.
- Valid biometric passport (or ability to obtain one).
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to read blueprints or project plans.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Must have own transportation.
- Flexibility with working hours.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month, with the potential for increases based on performance. Accommodation will be provided for the initial period of employment.
